Changing careers is hard and often people don’t know where to start.

If you are unhappy in your career and want to change we can help you identify the right career for you and plan how to make the change. Many clients change to another new career, and we have helped some clients who have become self-employed.

There are two versions of this Career Discovery program – a comprehensive and a short version:

Comprehensive Career Discovery program

 

This program is ideal for people who have been considering a career change for a while and need guidance on how to identify the career that is right for them. This comprehensive program which delivers a high level of success involves:

  • 5 sessions of personalized support, discussions and in-depth analysis to identify your ideal career based on your needs, covering:

    • overcoming constraints.

  • Online testing; Harrisons Career Assessment, Myers Briggs personality.

  • Career workbooks and career card-sort activities to generate in-depth understanding

  • Career options based on 3 career assessments and results of all your career activity answers.

  • Create your personalised Career Success Criteria to assess careers and jobs.

  • 2 sessions to create a career plan which shows how you can achieve a successful transition. 

  • This 7-session program is most effective completed face-to-face and available via Skype/Zoom.
