Changing careers is hard and often people don’t know where to start. 

Don’t worry, we make the career change process simple, enlightening and relatively painless.

If you are unhappy in your career and want to change we can help you identify the right career for you and plan how to make the change. Many clients change to another new career, and we have helped some clients who have become self-employed.

There are two versions of this Career Discovery program – a comprehensive and a short version:

Express Career Discovery Program

 

This is ideal for people who already have an idea about their new career, or are very time poor, and want a faster solution. This includes the following:

  • A 3-session program using online assessments on:

    • personality

    • values

    • motivations

    • strengths

    • interests

    • ideal work environment

  • Career coaching over 2-sessions to find commonality across the results.

  • Career options based on 2 career assessments and the culmination of the different career activities.

  • 1-session career plan with brief transition strategy and any training required for your new career.
